Terms and Conditions

Custom gowns

Irina’s Fashions will discuss your design preferences and provide a gown sketch with material and/or color samples for your approval prior to beginning work.

We will provide an initial price estimate after discussing design with you. The final cost may vary 10-15% of the estimate.

Upon design approval, 50% of the estimate is due before we start work on the gown. This payment is non-refundable.

In the design development process we will ship the dress one or, sometimes, more times to you for fittings.

The final price may differ from the original estimate due to uniqueness of each gown, custom stone work, design alterations and/or additions during the fitting process, increased complexities of design, and other changes that may occur during the development of the gown. If the final cost is estimated to be higher than 10-15% of the original estimate we will inform you prior to completion of the gown.

The final payment is due before the completed gown is shipped to you.

All designs and sketches are property of Irinas Fashions and cannot be used for any purpose except ordering Irinas Fashions gowns. We reserve right to use rejected designs for other projects.

Returns

A custom-made gown cannot be refunded.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an off-the-rack purchase, you may return it at your own expense for refund within two (2) business days from the day the costume is received, provided that the dress has not been worn and is in its original condition.

An off-the-rack gown kept more than two (2) business days after purchase and receipt cannot be refunded. However, we may accept off-the-rack returns for store credit provided that the gown has not been worn and is in its original condition.

Irina’s Fashions reserves rights to reject returns if there are signs of wear or any other damage to the dress. In this case the dress will be sent back to you at your expense without refund.

Alterations

Irina’s Fashions will accept gowns we made for alterations. We may or may not charge a fee depending on the complexity of the alteration. Along with the gown, we require picture and notes to calculate the alteration estimate.

The dress must be clean.

All shipping costs of the gown to us for alterations (outside of the normal design process), and return shipment will be covered by you.

Consignment

We will take Irina’s Fashions gowns for consignment sale, provided the dress is cleaned and in sellable condition. After the dress sells you will receive 50% of selling price towards store credit only.
